AMAZING SERVICE

We've been in our home for over 15 years and our house has never been cool like it should be during the summer. After our third unit was installed the new unit stopped working and the contractor had passed away. We called Edens and they were out promptly, honored our warranty and charged us a reasonable labor fee. At the start of this summer, our unit stopped working again. The technician found the problem that had to do with the original install, fixed it and we've never been more comfortable in our home. After being ripped off by so many Heating and Air companys over the last 15 years, it's like a breath of fresh air to have a service company I trust. I can't say enough good things about this company. Prompt, reliable and reasonable.

 DEPENDABLE SERVICE FROM EDENS

 Edens sent a technician out to install programmable automatic thermostats on my 86 yr. old mother's house. The Technician was there exactly when they said he would be, and he installed and programmed the thermostats quickly and properly. Now Mom is comfortable and does not have to worry with setting the thermostats herself.     R. Tyler

Great Experience with New Heater

We had Edens install a 95% natural gas heater last November 2010. They installed it in one day, were very professional, left the area cleaner than is was, and the heater has worked flawlessly this winter. We also had then install two new higher rated filters which helped with our allergies. Everything installed was top notch and continues to work perfectly.   Bob S.   Lilburn

Amazing Service 

 After 3 different and conflicting estimates on issues with our ductwork and poor air flow with our AC, I contacted Vic EDENS company. He arrived ahead of time for the estimate and was very thorough and professional. We decided to go with his recommended repairs and are very satisfied. He told us our house HVAC system needed two "zones" with programable thermostats along with the ductwork repairs. Vic and his co-worker arrived on time and finished the work promptly. We now have better air flow and AC then we ever have had and our house is only 7 yrs. old! Thank you again Vic. I would highly recommend his company to anyone with HVAC needs. I feel his prices are very reasonable, also.   We will use you in the future and highly recommend you to others!

It was a very small problem with the dirty coil outside that would have led to a more serious problem. Amazing Service & Honest Too! I had a great experience with EDENS.

 As a single woman homeowner, I've learned that some service companies will take advantage of what I don't know about home maintenance. Not so with EDENS. I called EDENS on Friday afternoon, and by Monday morning a service technician was at my home. I received a call to let me know when the technician would arrive, and he was at my door on time. He serviced the units and as a courtesy took a look at my gas fireplaces as well, and showed me how to light them (I can't tell you how many times I've tried to get help with that). The service professional left no mess, gave me a thorough explanation both of what he had done and the bill, which was very reasonable. Of course I signed up for the service contract, and I am happy to refer EDENS to everyone I know.

Saved our life!

 My central air conditioner stopped working one evening recently. I called a popular HVAC repair company I found on Kudzu first thing the next morning and was told they could not schedule me for a couple of days. I told them I couldn't wait that long so they suggested I call EDENS HVAC, which I did. EDENS scheduled me that same day and said their technician would be there some time after 12:00. Later they called back and suggested I check the breakers just in case it was a simple problem. Unfortunately it wasn't that simple so they kept me on the schedule. They called again when the technician was on his way. Stephen showed up at my door, neatly dressed and polite. He went right to work and within a few minutes had found a defective capacitor. He told me what it would cost to replace and I gave the go ahead. After replacing the capacitor he found that a high pressure override was defective as well so he bypassed it temporarily and got my air conditioner working again, assuring me that there would be no danger. He called the problem in to his office and by the time he was ready to leave they had called with a quote to fix the override. Overall my experience with EDENS was excellent. Their price was reasonable. They provided same day response even though I live in Marietta and their office is in Lawrenceville. Their technician was extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend EDENS HVAC!!
